Factory Five Racing was founded in 1995. Over the years they have grown from a start-up business in a small garage to become the world's largest manufacturer of "build-it-yourself" component car kits. They employ a full-time crew of about 40 people, and are located in Wareham, Massachusetts (about an hour south of Boston). They make their products right here in the USA, in the heart of New England where American manufacturing was born.

Fred and Danny Magnanimi grew up watching their father create beautiful, handcrafted jewelry in the family's Cranston, RI jewelry manufacturing business. When the boys grew up, Fred moved to New York and began working on Wall Street as an investment banker, while younger brother Danny, still enamored by the family business, stayed home. Increased competition from overseas businesses created significant challenges for the business, but Danny was confident he could find a way for the family business to evolve and thrive.         Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP Announces New Counsel

        This dynamic group of newly elevated attorneys represents a cross-section of the firm’s practice areas, including Trusts and Estates, Business Law, Real Estate, Land Use & Environmental, Employment & Labor, and Commercial Lending. 
         
        The firm’s new counsel are:
        Kristin N. Matsko, resident in the Providence, R.I. office, counsels clients and their families on various aspects of elder law, including special needs planning. She also assists individuals and fiduciaries with all aspects of estate planning, estate settlement and trust administration in Rhode Island and Massachusetts; 
        Travis J. McDermott, also based in Providence, represents clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes and environmental litigation before state and federal courts. He also litigates related claims and disputes, such as lease and contract disputes and negotiations with regulators, as well as general business litigation;
        Matthew L. Mitchell, based in the firm’s Boston office, represents employers in a broad range of employment-related matters, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, wage-hour issues, and family and medical leave. He has successfully defended clients before state and federal courts, state administrative boards and arbitration tribunals;

        Lawrence J. Sheh, in the firm’s Boston and Needham offices, serves as outside corporate legal counsel to a broad range of emerging and established companies, including web-based, software, clean energy and medical device companies, on a variety of issues including equity and debt financing, shareholder/partnership agreements, commercial real estate leases and purchases, acquisitions and other exit strategies.
